Concept by PapsLab. Basin Barbers is a fictional business.

What changed
  • A "Today in the chairs" board shows each barber's free times for today as tappable slots, with the next free one highlighted.
  • The price list is plain text with the student, kids and OAP rates in it, next to the cut it applies to.
  • Opening hours are a table that marks today, with late Thursday called out, and a status line that says open or closed right now.
  • Walk-in or book is answered honestly: usually fine before 11 and after 3, book Saturday mornings.
  • There is one phone number and a real photo of the Basin to show where the shop is, with a directions link and no map embed.
  • No social feeds and no cookie banner. The page is one stylesheet and one small script, around 200 KB on a phone.

Quick answers

Do I need to book?
No. Walk-ins are usually fine before 11 and after 3. Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings go fast, so tap a time for those.
What if I’m running late?
Ring the shop. We’ll hold your time for ten minutes, then it goes to whoever’s waiting.
Is it okay for a nervous kid?
Yes. Ask for Aoife, and say so when you ring. Tuesday mornings are the quietest.
Can I just get the beard done?
Yes. A beard trim is €12 on its own, no cut needed. Kamil’s chair is the one for it.
Do you take cards?
Yes, card or cash. No deposits and no booking fees.
Is there a step at the door?
No, it’s level from the street, with room for a buggy or a wheelchair.
