From oil boiler
to heat pump.
We keep Kerry’s oil and gas boilers going, and fit the heat pump that replaces one when the house is ready for it.
Is the house ready for a heat pump?
Some are ready as they are. Others need the attic or the walls done first. We tell you which, in writing, before you spend anything.
A free home visit
An hour in the house: rooms, radiators, windows, attic and last winter’s oil bills.
Ready or not, and one price
In writing within a week, with the grant taken off. No extras after.
The grant forms
We fill in the SEAI paperwork with you.
Fitted in two or three days
We show you the controls, and come back after the first cold week.
€7,500 to €14,000
What most of our heat pump jobs come to, fitted, before the grant. Yours is a fixed written price after the visit.

October
Get the boiler serviced before the first cold snap.
November
Bleed the radiators upstairs, then top the pressure back to 1.5.
December
Check the oil gauge early. Suppliers get busy before Christmas.
January
Frost stopped the boiler? Warm water on the outside pipe, then reset.
February
