What’s wrong
  • The first screen is a long biography with qualification acronyms; nothing says what hurts or what they treat.
  • Every service is squeezed into one grey, justified paragraph, so nobody can find their own problem.
  • "Contact us for prices": no first-assessment price, no word on receipts for health insurance, no answer on GP referral.
  • The phone number is plain text in the footer and the hours are a Christmas notice from years ago.
  • Fixed 960 px table layout with tiny text: on a phone it shrinks to unreadable or scrolls sideways.

About Us

Aoife Ravenswood BSc (Hons) Physio, MSc (Sports & Exerc. Physio), MISCP, MCSP, Dip. Man. Ther., Cert. Dry Needling, Cert. Clin. Pilates, Cert. Taping (KT), Mem. Phys. Ire. graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist and has since undertaken extensive postgraduate training and continuing professional development in the area of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, attending a wide range of courses, seminars and conferences both at home and abroad. Aoife is a member of several professional bodies and committees and is committed to evidence based practice. She has a special interest in the assessment and management of chronic and acute presentations of the lumbar and cervical spine and has lectured on the subject. Outside of work Aoife enjoys running, hillwalking and spending time with her family. Aoife is joined at the clinic by her colleague Cian, whose profile will be added to the site shortly.

Ravenswood Physiotherapy Clinic offers a comprehensive range of physiotherapy services including the assessment, treatment and management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, lumbar and cervical spine dysfunction, mechanical low back pain, sciatica, radiculopathy, cervicogenic headache, whiplash associated disorders, rotator cuff tendinopathy and impingement syndromes, adhesive capsulitis, lateral and medial epicondylalgia, carpal tunnel and repetitive strain, patellofemoral pain, ligament sprains and meniscal injuries, hamstring and groin strains, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, sports injuries including GAA, rugby, soccer and running injuries, pre and post operative rehabilitation including ACL reconstruction, joint replacement and spinal surgery, pregnancy related lumbopelvic and pelvic girdle pain, postural and ergonomic advice for office workers, exercise prescription, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, kinesiology taping, dry needling and electrotherapy modalities.
